STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI BAGIAN HUMAS KOTA TIDORE KEPULAUAN DALAM MENYAMPAIKAN INFORMASI KE PUBLIK
Public Relations (PR) is a communication process and a form of activity at the same time. The communication process in public relations activities is an interaction process. To facilitate the running of public relations interactions, it becomes a tool or channel in the dissemination of information regarding publications and national development, through internal cooperation between leaders and employees and externally in collaborating with the community or the general public. This study aims to determine how the communication strategy of the Tidore Islands City Public Relations Division in conveying information to the public. To achieve this goal, the research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study found that the Public Relations of Tidore City in conveying information to the public is by using internal and external media, conveying information with the types of messages of education, health, economy, and others and responding to public complaints through feedback in the media. The conclusion in this study is the communication strategy used by the Public Relations of Tidore City is by selecting the type of media, determining the type of information to be conveyed to the public and forming an image through feedback from the public.
